Rep. Andy Kim’s Office, representing New Jersey's 3rd District in the U.S. Congress, recently shared a series of tweets expressing criticism towards certain political and economic developments. These posts were made on March 5, 2025.

In one tweet, Rep. Kim stated, "Trump promised that on day one he would lower costs. Not only have costs skyrocketed in less than two months, he’s done nothing to lower costs and everything to make life harder for working Americans and public servants."

Another post criticized DOGE, asserting that it is not enhancing government efficiency and accused them of misrepresenting their financial savings. Rep. Kim wrote, "People just want to be able to afford to live. It's a shame that Republicans are exploiting that desperation to enrich themselves."

A further tweet addressed tariffs on allies, stating they will not benefit Americans amid high costs and low confidence levels: "BTW, an administration that claims to care about stopping the flow of fentanyl wouldn’t cut Medicaid funding for those seeking addiction treatment."
