The campaign committee of Democratic Party candidate Andy Kim, Andy Kim for Congress, refunded $2,700 to Joel M. Schwartz on Feb. 25, according to the Federal Election Commission (FEC).

FEC data shows the refunded expenditure was for: "Contribution to political committees (other than Super PACs and Hybrid PACs) from an individual, partnership or limited liability company."

Andy Kim for Congress has refunded $21,633 total since Sept. 1, 2020.
