Kim, who represents New Jersey’s 3rd district in the U.S. Congress, took to social media to express his views on governmental efficiency and celebrate Black History Month.

On February 10, 2025, Rep. Andy Kim's Office tweeted about perceived inefficiencies within government operations. The tweet stated: "If you haven't caught on yet, the only thing they're making more efficient is corruption."

The following day, February 11, 2025, the office highlighted Black History Month by acknowledging the achievements of Black Americans from New Jersey. Later that same day, another tweet criticized a prominent figure for allegedly manipulating federal structures for personal benefit: "The world's richest man is reconfiguring the federal government for his own gain. He's not on your side, and he's not lowering your cost of living."
