As the representative for New Jersey’s 3rd district, Kim has been active in promoting infrastructure improvements, supporting veterans, and enhancing healthcare services for former military personnel.

On November 16, 2024, Rep. Andy Kim’s office shared insights on the impact of the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law over the past three years. The tweet stated: "For 3 yrs, Bipartisan Infrastructure Law investments have worked to deliver NJ cleaner water, climate resilient infrastructure, and safer, more reliable transit; including investing in completing the Gateway Project. Its impact in just 3 years alone will be felt for generations."

Later that day, another tweet from Rep. Andy Kim's office expressed gratitude towards local veterans who participated in Congressman Kim’s annual veterans town hall. The message read: "We are incredibly grateful to the local veterans who shared their experiences while in service at Congressman Kim’s annual veterans town hall today. In listening to veterans’ stories and lessons of courage, we honor their service and learn how we can best deliver for their needs."

On November 18, 2024, Rep. Andy Kim announced the opening of a new VA clinic in Toms River via Twitter. This initiative was described as a top priority since his tenure began in Congress: "A brand new VA clinic is officially open and serving veterans in Toms River! A top priority for Congressman Kim since coming to Congress, he is proud to have helped secure this critical care in Ocean County. This clinic is essential to making sure vets have the care they deserve."
