Virtua Mount Holly Hospital has received the 2025 Consumer Loyalty Award from NRC Health, a company specializing in healthcare experience management. The award recognizes hospitals and health systems that emphasize patient experience, foster loyalty, and focus on human-centered care.
NRC Health selects 100 organizations nationwide for this honor based on its Market Insights study. This survey gathers feedback from over 310,000 people each year to measure consumer perceptions of healthcare providers across the United States.
John Kirby, president of Virtua Mount Holly and Virtua Willingboro hospitals and senior vice president at Virtua Health, commented on the recognition: “While it has had different names through the years, Virtua Mount Holly Hospital has served Burlington County and the surrounding region for well over 100 years. It is hugely gratifying to receive recognition regarding the ongoing, trusting relationships we build with the people and families we serve.”
Helen Hrdy, Chief Operating Officer at NRC Health, also acknowledged this year’s recipients: “This year’s Consumer Loyalty Award winners have demonstrated remarkable dedication to building patient loyalty by putting the patient experience at the forefront. Their steadfast commitment to advancing Human Understanding in healthcare serves as a powerful example.”
Chrisie Scott, senior vice president and chief marketing officer at Virtua Health, said: “Our consumers and their families are more than recipients of care—they’re our partners in creating it. Their feedback helps us design experiences that truly meet life where it happens. To be recognized for loyalty means we’re succeeding in being the trusted ally people count on for what matters most.”
