Tre Powell, a former Burlington County Institute of Technology – Medford campus basketball star now playing for the Goldey-Beacom Lightning, is set to participate in the NCAA Division II men’s basketball tournament.
Goldey-Beacom enters the event as the No. 8 seed and will play the top-seeded Daemen Wildcats in the opening round.
The opening matchup is scheduled for Saturday, March 14 at 5 p.m. at Charles L. & Gloria B. Lumsden Gymnasium.
