Rep. Andy Kim's office has released a series of tweets addressing various political issues. As a current U.S. Congress member representing New Jersey’s 3rd district, Rep. Kim is actively engaging with topics ranging from Medicaid to trade tariffs.

On March 18, 2025, Rep. Andy Kim issued a statement condemning former President Donald Trump for allegedly "illegally firing commissioners at the Federal Trade Commission." The full statement can be found here.

Later that day, on March 18, 2025, Rep. Kim highlighted the significance of Medicaid in New Jersey by noting that "1 in 3 kids in NJ are enrolled in Medicaid or the Children's Health Insurance Program." He further elaborated that "Medicaid covers over 300,000 people with a disability in NJ" and mentioned that "60% of nursing home residents' care in NJ involves Medicaid." He expressed concern about Republican efforts to cut Medicaid funding as it would impact these vulnerable groups. The tweet can be accessed here.

On March 19, 2025, Rep. Kim criticized Trump's tariffs for their adverse effects on local economies and businesses by stating that they would raise costs for families and burden businesses. During a visit to small businesses in Passaic City, he discussed how these tariffs are impacting small enterprises as costs for imported goods rise. More details are available here.
