The Shepherd Rams, featuring Moorestown High School alum Jesse Specter, dropped a 7-2 decision against the IUP Crimson Hawks in an NCAA Division II baseball meeting Saturday, March 14, at 1 p.m.

The contest was held at Owen J. Dougherty Field. This marked the teams’ third showdown this season. In their last game on Friday, March 13, the Rams came up short 6-3 against the Crimson Hawks.

Specter took the mound for 0.2 innings, allowing one walk and striking out one batter.

The Rams are slated to return to Owen J. Dougherty Field for their next contest against IUP Crimson Hawks at 3:30 p.m. Saturday, March 14.
