On Friday, Feb. 28, former Seneca High School standout Hailey Melvin’s current college team, the West Chester Golden Rams, won 2-1 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Goldey-Beacom Lightning.
The game took place at Jackson Athletic Complex. This was their first matchup against the Lightning this season.
The Golden Rams’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, March 1 at 12 p.m. at WCU Softball field against Holy Family Tigers.
