Senator Andy Kim, a member of the U.S. Congress representing New Jersey’s 3rd district since 2019, recently used his social media platform to discuss concerns about federal economic policy and legislative priorities.

The following day, on September 7, 2025, he emphasized the importance of proactive policymaking as a funding deadline approached: “We can’t just say what we’re against, we have to say what we’re for. With the funding deadline approaching, we must fight for the programs Americans need most.”
On September 8, 2025, Kim addressed affordable housing needs and announced new legislative efforts: “Americans need housing that fits their budgets. Kim has served in Congress since replacing Tom MacArthur in 2019 and resides in Moorestown after being born in Boston in 1982. He holds degrees from Deep Springs College (2002) and the University of Chicago (2004). These recent statements reflect his ongoing focus on government accountability and addressing issues such as conflicts of interest at high levels of government and expanding access to affordable housing.
