Senator Andy Kim, who represents New Jersey’s 3rd district in the U.S. Congress, shared updates this week on his activities related to innovation and community support.
On March 26, 2026, Kim posted: “I’m a yes, let’s get this done now.” The same day, he highlighted his engagement with technology leaders by stating: “This week, I spoke to quantum stakeholders about the importance of creating a future where innovation thrives. When we invest in innovation, we set our kids and grandkids up for opportunity and success. I’m excited about New Jersey’s role as a quantum leader and look”. Later that evening, Kim discussed his meeting with an advocacy group: “This week, I met with the Christopher & Dana Reeve Foundation to learn about the work they do the support those impacted by spinal cord injuries and paralysis. It was a great to learn about how we can work together to advance innovative research and support families and”.
Kim has represented New Jersey’s 3rd District since 2019 after succeeding Tom MacArthur. He was born in Boston in 1982 and resides in Moorestown. His educational background includes degrees from Deep Springs College (2002) and the University of Chicago (2004).
