Senator Andy Kim, who has represented New Jersey’s 3rd district in the U.S. Congress since 2019, recently highlighted legislative and funding initiatives for his state through a series of posts on social media.
On March 11, 2026, Senator Kim addressed housing affordability, stating, “You shouldn’t have to save until you’re 40 to be able to buy a home. That’s why I worked with colleagues from both sides of the aisle to craft the 21st Century ROAD to Housing package. It’s time to get it passed.”
Later that day, he encouraged youth participation in community art projects across New Jersey: “What a cool opportunity for high schoolers across NJ! Can’t wait to see your art riding around your neighborhood.”
In an evening update on March 11, Kim announced new federal support for local projects: “Excited to share we secured $97.5 million in federal funding for projects across NJ! These projects will upgrade our infrastructure, support our seniors, and help families in need. I’ll keep fighting to return your taxpayer dollars to you so NJ gets the support it deserves.”
