Senator Andy Kim, a member of the U.S. Congress representing New Jersey’s 3rd district since 2019, used his Twitter account on April 29, 2026, to voice criticism of former President Donald Trump and his administration’s recent actions.

In a tweet posted at 21:20 UTC, Kim stated, “It’s been 60 days since Trump launched us into a war of choice without our say – and you’re footing his massive bill.” At 21:42 UTC the same day, he continued his critique with another post: “This coming from the same Administration that threatened the destruction of an entire civilization… Not to mention the fact that Trump and Hegseth gutted the civil protection measures I fought for. They don’t care about you or innocent lives abroad. It’s disgusting.”

Later that evening at 21:51 UTC, Kim shifted focus to local community efforts by sharing: “Hear how DeShawn is giving back what the Rescue Mission of Trenton gave to him. Full video on YouTube now: https://t.co/rCBZutgPSm https://t.co/3phIT7RpmJ”
