Senator Andy Kim, who has represented New Jersey’s 3rd district in the U.S. Congress since 2019, addressed a range of national issues in a series of posts on January 27, 2026.
In recognition of Holocaust Remembrance Day, Kim stated: “On Holocaust Remembrance Day, we remember the millions of people who were persecuted, attacked, and systemically murdered. This day asks us to reflect on the warnings of history and recommit ourselves to fight against anti-semitism and bigotry in all of its forms so it never” (January 27, 2026).
Later that day, Kim criticized Kristi Noem and broader leadership concerns within the current administration. He wrote: “Kristi Noem is unfit to serve. But it’s not just her – there’s a deep rot to the core of this administration.” (January 27, 2026).
Addressing disaster relief efforts and government response times, Kim commented: “The funding delays have left some disaster-struck communities with little certainty of when or whether help might come.” Wasn’t this supposed to be the administration of efficiency? (January 27, 2026).
Kim was born in Boston in 1982 and currently resides in Moorestown. He holds degrees from Deep Springs College (2002) and the University of Chicago (2004). His congressional service began after succeeding Tom MacArthur in New Jersey’s 3rd district.
