Senator Andy Kim, who represents New Jersey’s 3rd district in the U.S. Congress, posted a series of tweets on March 31, 2026, addressing topics ranging from elder care to rural utilities and federal spending.
In a tweet published at 01:34 UTC, Kim wrote about his recent meeting with the National PACE Association: “I recently sat down with @TweetNPA. We discussed the critical work they do to ensure elderly individuals who qualify for their program get the care they need in their homes and communities. We must continue to support these programs that help look after our loved ones and https://t.co/4TU01yCS3Y”.
Later that day at 12:22 UTC, Kim highlighted his visit to Sussex Rural Electric Cooperative: “This week, I visited Sussex Rural Electric Cooperative which provides an invaluable service to rural communities in NJ that are otherwise left in a utility gap. We must strengthen FEMA and other federal support systems to ensure all New Jerseyans have access to reliable energy https://t.co/qXnRURVLUj”.
At 12:55 UTC, Kim criticized former President Donald Trump’s approach to war funding: “Trump is making us pay for a war that we don’t even know why we’re fighting. All while he builds his billionaire ballroom and continues to get richer. This is Trump’s war tax on you – and it needs to stop. https://t.co/cxHEteV5CE”.
Andy Kim has served as the representative for New Jersey’s 3rd District since defeating Tom MacArthur in 2019. He was born in Boston in 1982 and currently resides in Moorestown. Kim graduated from Deep Springs College in 2002 and earned a BA from the University of Chicago in 2004.
