Senator Andy Kim, a U.S. Congressman representing New Jersey’s 3rd district since 2019, recently addressed several issues on his Twitter account, ranging from citizens’ rights to national security and foreign policy.
On February 18, 2026, Kim posted in Korean: “여러분의 권리입니다” (“It is your right”). The post included links to additional resources.
The following day, Kim highlighted the importance of critical minerals for technological advancement and international cooperation. On February 19, 2026, he wrote: “Critical minerals are core to the technology that will power our future. If we don’t have a strategy based around working with our allies and partners, it’s a future we cannot win.

Later that same day, Kim questioned the rationale behind escalating tensions with Iran. He stated: “What does going to war with Iran get you? Does it make you safer? Does it make it easier to pay your bills? Does it make you more optimistic about your future?
Trump is bringing our country to the brink of war with no reason, no plan, and no regard for you.”
Kim has represented New Jersey’s 3rd District since replacing Tom MacArthur in 2019. Born in Boston in 1982 and currently residing in Moorestown, Kim holds degrees from Deep Springs College (2002) and the University of Chicago (2004).
