The Sacred Heart Pioneers, featuring former Cherokee High School standout Aiden Emrich, claimed a 22-7 win over the Manhattan Jaspers in a Friday, April 3, NCAA Division I baseball matchup at 3 p.m.

Clover Stadium hosted the contest, which marked the teams’ second meeting of the season. The Pioneers defeated the Jaspers 8-7 in their earlier matchup on Thursday, April 2.

Emrich pitched three innings, tallying three strikeouts and three walks.

The Pioneers are set to face the Jaspers again at Clover Stadium on Saturday, April 4.
