The Rhodes Lynx, featuring former Doane Academy standout Jayson Njoga, were defeated 88-84 by the Roanoke Maroons in the NCAA Division III Basketball Tournament on Friday, March 6.

The contest, held at the George W. Woodruff P.E. Center at 4:45 p.m., marked the teams’ first meeting of the tournament.
