On Monday, March 16, at 6 p.m., Brett Gable, a former Cherokee High School standout, helped the Harvard Crimson to a 14-12 NCAA Division I baseball win over the California Baptist Lancers.
The contest was hosted at James W. Totman Stadium. This marked the fourth meeting between the Crimson and the Lancers this season. In their previous matchup on Sunday, March 15, the Crimson fell 3-2.
Gable gave up one earned run in 1.1 innings pitched, walking two batters and striking out one.
The Crimson’s upcoming game is scheduled for Saturday, March 21, at 11:30 a.m. at Robertson Field at Satow Stadium against the Columbia Lions.
