On Friday, Feb. 14, former Cherokee High School standout Blake Morgan’s current college team, the Old Dominion Monarchs, lost 3-2 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets.
The game took place at Mac Nease Baseball Park at Russ Chandler Stadium. This was their first matchup against the Yellow Jackets this season.
The Monarchs’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, Feb. 15 at 2 p.m. at Mac Nease Baseball Park at Russ Chandler Stadium against Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets.
